Ibrahim and the interviewer discuss his accent. 'C' Company of the Irish battalions was stationed in Brashit in South Lebanon, the company was traditionally made up of troops drawn from the Western Command. Ibrahim learned English through working with Irish soldiers in 'C' Company and as a result he speaks English with an Athlone or Midlands Irish accent.
